  • 50 g of rice.

    Let the rice soak in the water for 10 minutes. Drink 3 glasses of this whitish water throughout the day.

    In cases of diarrhea, drink 1 liter of this water per day, it should be prepared daily. 

    For hair, once washed with shampoo and rinse, rice water should be placed and massaged into the scalp. Leave on for 5 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.
