If symptoms of burning or redness appear on the skin due to the application of garlic, it is recommended to wash the area with cold water and avoid putting garlic on that region again, as it may cause burning or inflammation.

How to use: apply one drop directly on the affected nail, 2 times a day, then wash the area with soap and water. The treatment should be maintained for about 4 to 6 months or even up to 4 weeks after the nail recovers normal characteristics.
Although in most cases there are no side effects reported with the use of this oil, people who have more sensitive skin should mix the drop of this oil with 1 drop of vegetable oil, such as coconut or avocado, before applying on the nail.
3. Rosemary essential oil
Just like tea tree oil, rosemary oil, scientifically known as Rosmarinus officinalis, has also been shown to have very positive effects in the treatment of fungi responsible for onychomycosis in laboratory studies. Therefore, it can be a good natural option to try to control this problem.
How to use: apply a drop directly on the affected nail, 2 times a day, then wash the area with soap and water. In case of skin sensitivity to this oil, manifesting irritation and redness on the skin around the nail, dilute the drop of oil in 1 drop of vegetable oil, such as almond, avocado or coconut oil, for example.
This treatment should be maintained for up to 4 weeks after the symptoms have disappeared, to ensure that excess fungus has been completely eliminated.
