The jabuticaba, also known as yabuticaba, jaboticaba or guapurĂș, is a fruit that can be found in Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia and Argentina that has the particularity that it sprouts on the stem of the plant and not in its flowers. This fruit contains few carbohydrates and calories, besides being rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc.

How to prepare
Place the jabuticaba in a pot with the 2 cups of water and bring to medium heat, wait until the fruit peels break (which usually happens after boiling). Remove from the fire, pass the juice through a strainer, squeezing the fruits well to remove the seeds and making the most of the pulp.
In a pot, add the jabuticaba juice, coconut milk, corn starch and sugar. Mix well until the corn starch dissolves and a homogeneous mixture is formed. Place back on the stove over medium heat and stir until the desired consistency is reached. Immediately transfer the mousse to a clean container, allow to cool slightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
