    How to prepare it

The proportion to prepare white tea is 2 level teaspoons of tea per cup of water. During the preparation, heat the water until small bubbles appear, then turn off the heat before it starts to boil, adding the tea afterwards. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

To lose weight by drinking white tea, it is recommended to consume 1.5 to 2.5 g of this herb per day, which is equivalent to 2 to 3 cups of tea daily; this should preferably be consumed without adding sugar or sweeteners. In addition to this, its consumption should be done 1 hour before or after a meal, since caffeine can decrease the absorption of nutrients from food.
