Ingredients

  • 15 grams of lapacho peel;
  • 500 mL of water.
  • Mode of preparation

    Place the water and the peel of the plant in a pot and let it boil for 15 minutes. Then, let it cool and strain the mixture. You can drink 3 to 4 cups of tea per day.

    2. Echinacea tea
