Home Remedies For Shingles

There is no treatment capable of curing shingles, so the virus must be eliminated by each person’s immune system. However, some natural remedies such as oatmeal and chamomile baths can be used to help relieve itching, skin discomfort and accelerate skin healing.

These home remedies can complement the treatment indicated by the doctor, however, these remedies should only be applied on skin regions that do not have open wounds, because they can cause more irritation and aggravate the symptoms.

Some home remedies to treat shingles are:

  • Keepers.e of rest and avoid making efforts where a lot of energy is spent;
