What You Should Know About Pomegranate White Tea

Pomegranate white tea is a low calorie beverage that has been found to have many health benefits.

A recent study in the Journal of Food Science suggests that pomegranate white tea may be beneficial for weight management. The researchers looked at how drinking one cup of this type of tea per day can impact body mass index, waist circumference and other measurements. They found that participants who drank the tea had a significantly lower BMI than those who did not drink it.

They also saw reductions in waist circumference and fasting blood sugar levels as well as improvements in lipid profiles including cholesterol and triglycerides (a type of fat). Pomegranate white tea also contains antioxidant-rich polyphenols which are thought to play a role in its beneficial effects on weight.
