How can chamomile tea help you sleep?
Chamomile tea has some amazing benefits and one of them is definitely helping you sleep better at night! Chamomile tea contains an agent called apigenin which helps calm your body and mind many people use it as a relaxant and a stress reliever.
Chamomile tea can also help to relieve menstrual cramps if you drink some before bed or anytime during the day. It has natural pain relieving properties without the harmful daytime side effects like drowsiness, sweating etc.

Chamomile tea has many other health benefits as well:
They can lower blood pressure by reducing total cholesterol levels in rats – This study was very extensive and looked at numerous different inhibitions on rats all relating to their diet. researchers found that one of the herbal teas they were testing was effective in lowering blood pressure and much more. Its no surprise that chamomile tea shows great promise by lowering total cholesterol as well because of its close relationship with lowering blood pressure.
